The Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) & Learning improvement Programme (LIP) are quality improvement programmes. FLN is being implemented for classes 1 to 5th and LIP for classes 6th to 9th with an objective to address the learning gaps and to improve subject specific learning outcomes among the students studying in Govt./Local body/TGMS/KGBVs/TGREIS/Urban Residential Schools.

In continuation of the above, the District Educational Officers of all districts are hereby informed that as a part of the implementation of FLN and LIP in the Academic year 2024-25, a mid-line test is to be conducted by 31 of December, 2024. Progress of the children is to be uploaded in Telangana Education App. 

The soft copies of Mid-line test question papers of FLN and LIP are sent to all the DEOs through e-mail and the same may be communicated to all the HMs/Principals/SOs of Government, Local body, TGMS, TGREIS, KGBVs and Urban Residential Schools.
