Kind attention is invited to the subject and reference cited,wherein it is to inform that some of the Headmasters are sanctioning the Annual Grade Increment to non teaching staff ie.,Junior Assistant/Record Assistant &Office Subordinate working in your school without service regularisation and probation declaration ie.violating the I.S.Last Grade Service Rules-10 (a).

In view of above,all the Headmasters of Z.P.H.S/U.P.S &M.P.P.S of Jayashankar Bhupalpally district are hereby instructed to submit the proposals of Annual Grade Increment for non-teaching staff ie..Junior Assistant/Record Assistant &Office Subordinate working in your schools to the office of the ZillaPrajaParishad,Jayashankar Bhupalpally,for sanction of Annual Grade

Increment as per fundamental rule 24 to 26.

Further,it is instructed that the proposals for sanction of Automatic Advance Scheme (AAS)for the 6/12/18/24 years should not be sanctioned by the concerned Headmasters and it is instructed the proposals should be

forwarded to the office of the Zilla Praja Parishad,Jayashankar Bhupalpally.

Therefore,all the Headmasters of Z.P.H.S/U.P.S &M.P.P.S of Jayashankar

Bhupalpally district are instructed tosubmit the proposals of Annual GradeIncrement &Aulomalic Advance Scheme(AAS)to non-teaching staffie..JUnior Assistant/Record Assistant &Ofice Subordinate to the ofice of the zilld PrajaParishad,Jayashankar Bhupalpally without fail.
